Data is encrypted at rest utilizing industry-standard AES-256 cipher algorithms and transmitted across public networks exclusively via TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
4.2 Enterprise Edge Perimeter Defense: Our application layer is shielded by Cloudflare’s global reverse-proxy security shield, featuring automated Web Application Firewall (WAF) filtering, rate-limiting, and machine-learning anti-bot detection to protect against unauthorized database probing.
4.3 Strict Least-Privilege Access: Database records are accessible exclusively through cryptographic tokens restricted to authorized backend worker runtimes and founder Bhuvan H L. No third-party contractors or external entities possess backend administrative clearance.
Third-Party Ecosystem & Service Providers
To deliver live streaming, batch announcements, and banking transfers, we partner with reputable, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers. Each provider processes data strictly under our contractual instruction:
Powers daily live morning video streaming (5:45 AM - 6:45 AM IST) and calendar notifications. Audio/video streams are encrypted in transit under Google Enterprise security standards.
Enables real-time student batch communications, morning wake-up alerts, and direct teacher-practitioner posture dialogue. Direct chat messages benefit from end-to-end encryption.
Processes interbank direct clearing under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. UPI handles identity verification and 12-digit UTR reconciliation without disclosing banking credentials to our servers.
Provides serverless edge compute (Workers), encrypted relational storage (D1), content distribution network (CDN), and domain SSL certificate infrastructure.
Practitioner Data Rights (Access, Correction & Deletion)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you enjoy comprehensive, unassailable rights regarding your personal information:
You are entitled to receive an electronic copy of all personal profile information, payment history, and attendance records associated with your account in a structured JSON or CSV format.
If your WhatsApp number, email address, or medical considerations change, you can update your details at any time by contacting our student support team.
Upon completion or termination of your subscription pass, you may request permanent deletion of your registration profile, phone number, and chat logs from our active Cloudflare D1 database.
You may revoke consent for non-essential notifications or broadcast announcements at any point by sending an opt-out message on WhatsApp or email.
* Note: In accordance with Indian commercial tax jurisprudence, statutory invoices and banking UTR reconciliation ledgers must be retained for a mandatory statutory period of seven (7) financial years before automated cryptographic shredding.
